- Built an end-to-end real-time signal stack: WebSocket ingestion, on-chain parsing, dynamic feature generation, Flask inference API, and Telegram alerting.
- Engineered 100+ microstructure-style features from the early token lifecycle: imbalance, wallet concentration, gas and fee intensity, early buy/sell dynamics, and time-to-peak signals.
- Trained 10-fold CatBoost regression on 539,956 samples and 115 features, achieving OOF MAE 0.0880.
- Optimized against a custom trading objective with OOF profit 45,992.64, test-proxy profit 183,671.02, and best threshold sweep at 1.6 reaching 203,832.92.
- Logged predictions for 9,453 live candidate tokens in one run.
